Questions
Am I really never charged for my own car?
Yes. One live listing free, permanently, and when it sells the slot is yours again. You only pay if you choose an extra: a second listing or a boost.
Why do aircraft have their own plan?
An aircraft costs from about AED 300,000 to well over AED 100 million and takes months to sell, so a car-priced slot does not fit. Owners pay once per aircraft; brokers pay monthly. There is no free aircraft listing, and every aircraft ad is read by a person before it goes live: fake aircraft ads are a known high-value scam.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every plan is 20% off when you pay for 12 months at once. It renews a year after you buy it. The welcome offer (first month 50% off) is for monthly plans; yearly already has its own discount.
What happens to my remaining time if I change plan?
Moving up (a bigger plan, or monthly to yearly) starts straight away, and the part of your old plan you have not used yet is taken off the price. Example: 15 days left of a AED 500 month is AED 250 off. Moving down, or yearly to monthly, starts when your paid period ends, so you keep what you paid for. Nothing is lost either way.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for (the month, or the year) and is not renewed. There is no part refund for the unused time of a yearly plan. Changed your mind before then? Account › Plans & billing › Keep. If you have more ads live than the free allowance when it ends, the oldest are hidden, never deleted.
What counts as a slot?
One live listing. Mark a car sold and the slot comes back the same minute. Rental cars are separate and never use a slot.
I am a private seller with two cars. Do I need a plan?
No. Each extra listing is AED 79 a month (full price, no offer). From 8 cars, Starter costs less.
What if I have 35 cars and the plan says 30?
The five extra are AED 79 each per month at full price. We would rather charge you AED 1,595 than push you into a plan you do not need.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your ads are hidden, not deleted. Start again and they come back. We are not going to hold your stock hostage.
Why should I trust a new site with my listings?
You should not, yet. Not on our word. Post a car free, watch the dashboard for a month, and decide from the lead numbers. That is why the free tier exists.
Is there an offer for new accounts?
Yes. Your first month of each plan is 50% off: the car plan, an aircraft plan, a heavy vehicle plan and a rental plan, once each per account and phone number. After that, normal price. Extra listings and boosts are always full price.
What does each plan cover?
The car plan (Private, Starter, Dealer, Showroom) covers cars, motorcycles, boats and number plates together. Aircraft have their own: AED 1,500 once for one aircraft for 90 days, or a monthly plan (Aero 3, 10, 25) for brokers. Heavy vehicles have their own plans (Heavy 5, 20, 60) and everyone gets 1 heavy vehicle listing free. Accessories and parts are free. Rental cars use a fleet plan.
What happens to my extra listings if I change plan?
They stay. You can stop them when you change plan or any time in Account › Plans & billing; a stopped one keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
How do rental companies pay?
One monthly fleet plan, not per car: Fleet 5, 15, 40 or 100 cars. Your first month is 50% off. Move up or down any time from Plans & pricing or Account › Business; a plan smaller than the cars you have live is not offered. Over 100 cars: open a ticket and we quote you.
How does the referral work?
Every paying dealer has a code. When a business you invite pays its first month, you both get a month free.
Do I need a trade licence for a plan?
No. Every plan, Dealer and Showroom included, starts as soon as you pay. The licence only gives the Verified dealer badge. Send your trade licence from Plans & pricing or Account › Business (free; a person checks it within 1 to 3 working days). Renting cars out is different and needs an RTA rental permit.
How long do refunds and payment problems take?
1 to 3 working days. Open a support ticket with the payment reference and we sort it out within that time: refunds are approved and sent back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
