Privacy policy
We collect the least we can get away with: enough to run your account, show your ad, and put a buyer in touch with you. Nothing is sold to anyone.

What we deliberately do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with dealers, brokers or advertisers.
- We do not store images of your Emirates ID or mulkiya. If we check a document, we record that the check happened and delete the file in the same session.
- We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, political views, biometrics), and you should never send them to us.
- We do not take payment between buyers and sellers, so we never hold your card or bank details for a vehicle sale. Paid advertising is handled by our payment provider, [CONTACT EMAIL] can tell you which.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Who else sees it
Other users see what you put in your ad: the listing itself, your display name, your emirate, and your phone number once a buyer chooses to reveal it. Beyond that, your data reaches only:
- Our hosting and database provider, [CONTACT EMAIL] for the current list.
- Our SMS provider, to send the verification code.
- Our payment provider, if you buy a featured ad.
- Public authorities, where UAE law requires it, for example a police investigation.
Some of these providers operate outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the PDPL requires for cross-border transfers. Confirm with counsel which mechanism applies to each provider before launch.
How long we keep it
- Live listings: until you delete them or they expire.
- Deleted listings: [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 90 days] in backup, then removed.
- Account data: until you close your account, then [RETENTION PERIOD].
- Fraud records: longer where we need them to stop a repeat offender. Set and document a period.
Keeping it safe
Access is restricted, traffic is encrypted, and we keep the number of people who can see personal data as small as possible. No system is perfect. If there is a breach affecting your data we will tell you and notify the UAE Data Office as the law requires.
Children
This site is not for people under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a child we will close it and delete the data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
