What you may not list
Most of this is obvious. It is written down so that when we remove something, the reason is already public.
- Anything you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
- Stolen vehicles or parts, or anything with a tampered, removed or altered chassis number.
- Cars with a rolled-back odometer, or any listing that misstates mileage, accident history or service history.
- Vehicles under bank finance without saying so in the listing.
- Photos that are not yours: another seller's pictures, manufacturer press images, or images taken from the internet.
- Bait pricing: a price you do not intend to honour, used to generate calls.
- Ads for finance, insurance, shipping or clearing services posted as vehicle listings.
- Duplicate ads for the same item, or the same item posted from several accounts.
- Contact details in photos or titles instead of in the proper fields.
- Anything illegal to own, sell or import into the UAE.
- Weapons, counterfeit parts, and safety equipment that is out of certification.
Reporting
Every listing has a report button, and a support ticket reaches us directly. If money has already changed hands, report it to the police as well as to us. We can suspend a seller and preserve their listing history; we cannot recover a payment.
