Your data rights

The UAE Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights over your data. You do not need an account or a lawyer to use them, and using them is free.

What you can ask for

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• A correction of anything inaccurate.
• Deletion of your data, where we do not need to keep it for a legal reason.
• To stop processing for a particular purpose, marketing for example.
• Your data in a portable format, so you can take it elsewhere.
• To withdraw consent at any time, for anything you consented to.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us first and we will try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.
